Human resources sudirector
objective:
drive the success of the company by leading, developing, and maintaining a highly qualified and motivated human resources, aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
requirements:
* education: bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, labor relations or related field, preferably with a master's degree in strategic hr management or similar.
* 10 years of experience in:
* international business environments
* labor law and health & safety regulations.
* personnel management and administration.
* development and implementation of hr policies, manuals, and procedures.
* organizational behaviour and development.
language:
intermediate-advanced english (minimum b2 level).
technical skills:
proficiency in microsoft office and outlook.
availability:
willingness to travel.
key responsibilities:
organizational management:
* design and implement strategies to strengthen work environment, customer service culture, and organizational ethics.
* lead the internal communication strategy, promoting transparency and reinforcing organizational values and culture.
talent development and performance:
* plan and execute talent development aligned with the company's growth and expansion goals.
* oversee the assessment of competencies, performance and potential to identify and develop key talent.
* strengthen succession planning processes across critical roles.
* monitor and execute annual training plan.
* supervise performance evaluations processes across all departments.
administrative management and compliance:
* ensure the implementation and regular updating of hr department policies and manuals.
* guarantee compliance with federal labor law and company policies.
* supervise adherence to health and safety regulations.
* verify salary increases according to company criteria.
budget and results analysis:
* establish and oversee the department's budget, ensuring the efficient and strategic allocation of resources.
* develop and maintain dashboards and executive reports covering kpis such as turnover, performance, compliance, training and other relevant metrics..
* prepare monthly reports and quarterly presentations.
* lead internal hr meetings and contribute to cross-functional decision-making.
project management:
* maintain ongoing communication with chr and hr department in the americas region.
* oversee hr department plans and the implementation of new projects.
* support department leaders with training strategies and budget allocation matters.

* supervise recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
