- experience working in cross functional teams
- proficient in sql queries - understanding and usage of union, sub-query and joins
- perform data analysis as well as interpretation.
- solid qa experience in manual testing
- experience in trouble shooting and resolving challenges for existing testing tools /frameworks
- working knowledge in agile methodology
- ability to triage problems, prioritize accordingly, and propose a resolution
- proficient in devising/maintaining all artifacts of testing such as test scenarios, rtm, test cases, defect reports and test summary report
- familiarity with agile methodologies
automation engineers: (level 2)
level ii:
- experience in use of automated test tools and test management software, preferably test director/quality center, quick test professional,
- working experience with loadrunner tool
- working experience with selenium tool
certificates / training:
- preferred: applicable industry/professional certification
