Job descriptionthe role is responsible for the delivery of post-sales support to global banking and markets (gbm) and commercial banking (cmb) clients, across a full range of global liquidity and cash management (glcm) products. The role incorporates client integration, client implementation and client service
the tasks for this role will include some or all of the following:
- help manage the end-to-end client management process providing a positive and professional onboarding/client experience for customers.
- use professional and technical expertise to provide credible observations and recommendations to others
- understand and describe which products and channels relate to specific customers
- actively engage with colleagues across hsbc to ensure that all customer’s needs are met at the first point of contact
- help to understand clients' needs in order to improve our offering to existing customers
- deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
- contribute to the development and implementation of a risk aware client management culture
requirements- good level of english for medium to advanced understanding and communication
- knowledge of treasury foreign exchange
- knowledge of day to day workings of a corporate treasury environment, foreign exchange and payments.
- broad knowledge of hsbc group companies and product ranges
- comprehensive knowledge of the hsbc group's inter/intra clearing systems - customer service and attention
