we are a real estate acquisitions company based out of raleigh, north carolina, usa with our focus in residential real estate.

requirements
* prior sales and customer service experience + skills are required.
* a strong internet connection and reliable computer.
* no distractions whatsoever + controlled environment to ensure maximum productivity & efficiency.
* fluent in advanced english language (both written and verbal).
* excellent communication skills especially on the phones.
* 100% comfortable with speaking to potential sellers, etc on a daily basis. This is mandatory!
* responsible, punctual, and committed.
* willing to learn and train on a daily basis.
* must be disciplined & able to commit to our working schedule of m-f 8:30 am - 6:30 pm est.
* willing to undergo 2 weeks non-paid training period in order to gain full-time long term guaranteed employment.
salary: $150 week (paid bi-weekly)
