Position summary: the walkme builder is responsible for developing, implementing, enhancing, and maintaining inmar’s digital adoption platform integrated with a variety of critical enterprise applications.
primary responsibilities: ● analyze customer requirements to design outcome-based solutions using walkme ● partner with application owners and/or stakeholders to define content scope and requirements ● create, build, test, deploy, and maintain walkme content ● monitor and respond to reported bugs ● collaborate with team and/or stakeholders to ensure kpis are being met ● perform quality assurance and testing prior to uat ● enure deployed content meets business needs and enhances user experience ● maintain walkme solution by staying updated on all features and enhancements, deploying and communicating, as needed ● export walkme content into job aids, edit as necessary ● additional responsibilities, as needed.
qualifications: ● advanced experience with walkme or other digital adoption tools such as inapp guidance, walkthrough ● html, jquery, and css expertise ● walkme builder certification ● 2+ years of experience building walkme content on enterprise applications (e.g., salesforce, oracle, workday), or equivalent combination of training and experience required to complete essential job functions ● walkme insights knowledge ● able to translate business needs into engaging and valuable solutions ● understanding and application of agile methodology ● intermediate knowledge of microsoft office suite (word, powerpoint, with emphasis on excel) or g-suite ● detail-oriented and comfortable with high-priority projects with aggressive timeline
