**Purpose of the Role**:
Performance Improvement Leader that will help develop and coach the cultural change and get to Zero stops.

Facilitate and leading plant and process problem solving. Performance Partner to Shift Team Leader with joint accountability for results of the line (c/o time, OEE losses LS / SS, other stops including material quality).

Coaching of intact team (PTL'S, STL’s Operators and Craft) on trouble shooting tools.

Provide performance data and drive CI activities into weekly Planning Meeting to ensure preventative maintenance plans.

Coaching and development of CIL standards (continuously evolving).

Support Operation teams to drive an integrated approach to continuous improvement at T1 & T2.

Data Analyst for their designated lines.

Coach on MMS practices and lead at least 1 practice.

**Entry level requirements - skills and experience**

**Qualifications**:

- Sophisticated formal training or further education or qualified through experience
- Yellow and Green belt six sigma
- Train the trainer
- DMAIC
- Desirable, solid understanding of SAP.
- Proficient in use of standard business (MS Office).
- Great engagement and interpersonal skills.
- High level of passion and energy to inspire change
- Advanced Spanish and English

**Experience**

At least 3 years’ experience in a process environment with a proven track record in managing people and or small teams, projects and cross functional team working.

Experience of coaching and influencing partners for success is crucial. Intermediate project management skills.

Ability to interpret and analyze extensive data sources to identify loss and waste, cost saving opportunities and trends, e.g. Harford, SAP, Minitab, among others.

**Key Accountabilities**
Provide guidance and support to PTL for effective and aligned implementation of MMS.

Actively promotes and drives the implementation of MMS tools and techniques across lines.

Closely monitors and reports performance and practice progress across designated lines.

Ensure that any improvements implemented are standardized and sustained within operations teams.

Analyses loss & waste, validate data and provides clear strategy to prioritize improvements with PTL.

Participate in and lead as required improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology. (eg 5Why, FT-DMAIC, Yellow Belt, etc).

Coordinates and effectively delivers training and coaching of MMS practices (e.g. stop the stops).

Engage with the Daily Operational Review meetings to provide analysis of performance improvement opportunities

Supports the improvement task Forces and line teams in their deployment of MMS through their regular meetings and their communication of activities.

Support Operation teams to drive an integrated approach to continuous improvement via the embedding of MMS at department level. Working with operational teams to improve site performance by facilitating improvement in performance, standards and capability through the MMS change journey and delivering breakthrough performance improvements.

Support delivery of outstanding performance in all aspects of the balanced scorecard (Safety, Quality, Environment, Asset Care, Delivery, Productivity, Cost and Morale).

Facilitate and coach MMS improvement projects

Role model good governance around internal and external compliance (health & safety, quality and environment)

**Excellence in Supply Chain**
Is experienced of working within the Performance Management structure of KPI’s and Tier Review Meeting Structure

Has a consistent record in adherence to core process and standards. Demonstrates role model behaviors and coaches others to follow a consistent approach and go beyond mandatory minimum requirements
