This job requires you to have a basic understanding of real estate.
you will be required to create ads and ad copy based on the land that we buy.
these ads will be posted on the many platforms we use to sell the land we acquire.
you will be in charge of maintaining the lead database of all potential buyers for properties in different counties in the usa.
tracking weekly stats for selling and acquisition of properties
you will be required to do initial lead screening and set up appointments for buyers that inquire about specific properties.
must be extremely confident on the phone talking to english americans.
requirements _ sales background, marketing, basic editing, creating convincing ad copy.
fluent in english.
creative and ability to figure out problems or obstacles on your own.

pay: $15,* - $40,* per month
