about the role
we are looking for a senior anaplan model builder to join our team and lead the design, build, and optimization of anaplan models for enterprise-level planning solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients.
key responsibilities
* design, build, and maintain scalable and high-performing anaplan models
* lead and support end-to-end anaplan implementation projects
* translate business requirements into effective anaplan solutions
* optimize existing models to improve performance, usability, and scalability
* collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
* provide best practices, documentation, and model governance
* support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
* communicate clearly with clients and global teams in english
required qualifications
* certified anaplan model builder (mandatory)
* 5+ years of experience working with anaplan
* 3+ years of hands-on experience as an anaplan model builder
* participation in at least 2 end-to-end anaplan implementation projects
* strong understanding of anaplan architecture, best practices, and performance optimization
* excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* strong professionalism, team spirit, and communication skills
language requirements
* fully bilingual english (mandatory) – must be fluent to communicate with international teams and clients

* experience working in remote, multicultural environments
* willingness to travel occasionally for on-site meetings or workshops
