as a sales manager, you will be a player-coach driving revenue growth for a leading provider of tech-forward entertainment and interactive experiences for corporate events and trade shows.you will use your leadership, strategic thinking, and b2b sales expertise to build, coach, and scale our sales team while carrying your own quota.responsibilities:lead, coach, and manage the sales team (sales directors and sdrs)set and execute sales strategy in coordination with the ceo, director of marketing, and director of operationscreate, refine, and document sales playbooks and processeshire, train, and develop sales reps and hold the team accountable to kpisact as backup sales director — build and manage your own partnership pipeline with event planning companies and agenciesprospect, propose, and close deals that drive recurring event revenueboost lead conversion rates, close ratios, and optimize sales tools (pipedrive, apollo.io, zapier, activecampaign)requirements:proven success as a sales manager (not first-time manager)5+ years in b2b service-based sales, ideally in small to mid-sized companiesexperience managing remote teams in latin america selling to u.s.-based clientsdemonstrated record of improving team performance and meeting/exceeding revenue goalstrack record of hiring, training, and retaining top-performing repsfluent english (minimal to no accent) and fluent spanish — both are mandatoryconditions:schedule: monday – friday, 9 am – 5 pm central (1-hour lunch)salary: competitive base salary + uncapped commissions + team performance bonusbenefits:• 100% remote• 10 pto days + 10 paid company holidays• monthly healthcare stipend• $500 home office upgrade budget (after 3 months)• ongoing training and personalized coaching• work with fortune 500 clients: nike, amazon, apple, microsoft, uber, salesforce• empowering, flexible, and autonomous work environmentapply now and be part of equation events!
