Bilingual IT Sourcer
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and social media.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations with candidates in English and Spanish.
• Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Track and update candidate information accurately in the ATS.
• Research market trends and talent availability to support sourcing strategies.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• +2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related field
• Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
