* management and support for weekly and biweekly payroll.
* collect overtime forms from operational staff.
* send dismissal notices for operational and administrative staff to the imss.
* review of disabilities among operational and administrative staff.
* issuance of credentials for new staff members.
* process weekly and biweekly requests for additional payroll payments.
* preparation of reports on hours worked for accurate weekly monitoring.
* contributions to savings funds and pension plans for administrative and operational staff.
* management and supervision of general services (transportation, canteen).
education, experience, knowledge, and skills:
* bachelor's degrees in accounting, business administration, international business, and economics.
* advanced english.
* communication skills.
* analysis, responsibility, willingness to learn, initiative.
* organization and time management, legal and regulatory knowledge.
