air conditioning technical support specialist
responsibilities
1. supervise and lead a team of technicians specialized in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.
2. act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical queries, performance issues, and service requests.
3. ensure that maintenance contracts are fulfilled according to established terms.
4. design and implement service strategies that optimize product performance.
5. implement and monitor kpis, ensuring that quality, response time, and efficiency objectives are met or exceeded.
6. control the budget assigned to the service area, optimize resources, and reduce costs without compromising quality.
7. negotiate with suppliers and manage external services.
academic background
bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering
advanced english proficiency
proficiency in microsoft office suite
8+ years of experience in similar roles related to air conditioning systems
