Global supply chain sales executive
our company is a leader in the logistics and freight-forwarding industry, with offices in 35 countries. We specialize in global supply chain solutions that empower businesses to expand across the globe.
key responsibilities:
* identify and prospect new clients with high import/export potential (100% hunter).
* build and manage a robust sales pipeline using crm software.
* conduct weekly meetings with clients and prospects (field sales).
* manage a personal portfolio with a focus on growth, retention, and cross-selling.
* prepare customized commercial proposals (quotations, rates, integrated solutions).
* lead negotiations and close deals with decision-makers (logistics, procurement, supply chain management).
* achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in usd and cargo volume.
* coordinate with operational teams (air, sea, road) to ensure smooth service implementation.
* attend logistics trade shows, events, and networking activities.
requirements:
for this role, we are looking for 3–5 years of experience in b2b sales within freight forwarding (proven track record required). Solid knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and road freight is necessary. A strong closing skills, persuasive, and goal-oriented sales profile is also required. Language proficiency: intermediate to advanced english (b1 - b2), both written and spoken. Mobility: own vehicle required and availability to visit clients. Digital skills: proficient in crm tools, microsoft office, and presentation platforms (zoom, teams). Education: degree in international trade, business, logistics, or related field preferred.
