Join us as we embark on this exciting journey and take the opportunity to influence change and shape the future of engineering materials.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow the customer base by identifying new clients and expanding business with existing customersManage the entire sales process, including preparing and delivering quotations, negotiating prices, and ensuring contract complianceProvide technical-commercial support to customers, addressing quality issues and assisting in product applicationsCoordinate with global account managers (NAFTA, EMEA, LATAM, APAC) to align on customer strategies and ensure seamless collaborationEnsure accurate order processing and payment collection, including verifying purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing SAP entriesMonitor sales targets and budgets, maintaining forecasts and ensuring alignment with business objectivesQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in engineering materials or a related industryStrong knowledge of automotive specifications (preferred), with support from Engineering teams in the U.S. or GermanyExperience in technical sales or working with high-performance materialsProficiency in SAP and CRM systems for managing customer data and sales activitiesFluent in Spanish and English (required)US visa (required)BenefitsYour well-being matters to us.
