objective
ensure the profitability of the plant by providing relevant financial information for better decision- making. Guarantee effective management of financial process and systems, with a focus on financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
main responsibilities
* analysis of the main financial drivers, obtaining and reporting insights.
* verify the plant´s performance against proposed goals, and conduct reviews with the management team.
* communicate the plant´s financial profitability on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, finding opportunities to improve financial performance.
* integrate economic and operational information for the quotations of new programs, ensuring their profitability.
* coordinate month-end closing activities to ensure the integrity of financial information
* coordinate the plants budget and business plants, aligning the main kpis with the business strategy
* develop benchmarking exercises for the main business drivers, advise teams from a financial perspective to ensure results translate into high-impact projects for financial profitability
* assist in internal and external audit processes to ensure their success.
position requirements
* bachelor´s in financial administration, public accountant, industrial engineer.
* analytical and numerical capacity
* advanced excel skills
* financial statements knowledge
* advanced sap knowledge (standard costing, material, sales and purchasing module)
* project management
* 6-5 years of experience in finance
* at least 2 years of experience in controlling positions
