define the organizational strategy of lean six sigma and training according to the key objectives of the company, ensuring compliance with the legal and regulatory guidelines of iso * and iatf.

deploy objectives and work plans for the personnel of the continuous improvement department.

implement, validate, sustains and audits the use of lean six sigma tools on the site.

manage and coordinate resources for improvement projects and internal, external training events.

develop, coordinate and implement all initiatives related to improving the organizational culture.

measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.

*7.
ensure full compliance with the mexican legal regulations and the quality system (iso* and iatf) regarding the training area.

manage and execute high impact projects utilizing the various methodologies*

responsible for identifying, performing, and obtaining approvals for impactful projects*
