We are looking for a bilingual administrative assistant responsible for carrying out various administrative and clerical tasks.
*responsibilities*:
- support in secretarial and office assistance to office management
- make and answer telephone calls directed to the office management.
- archive, organize, save and review all kinds of documents.
- support in reviewing and drafting new employee contracts.
- learn and maintain office policies and procedures.
- any other duties assigned.
*skills and knowledge*:
- education: bachelor's degree preferred.
- bilingual (english proficiency in grammar, spelling, and verbal skills to communicate in written documents).
- attention to detail, multitasking, high stress tolerance
- customer service.
- computer skills (microsoft word, excel etc.).
- phone etiquette.
- identify and escalate priority issues.
- be punctual and follow company's protocols.
