*about the job*
the america’s global accounting service center team is looking for a senior accounting coordinator to administer supplier invoice processing in a high
- volume environment. You will be successful in exercising collaboration skills with team members, internal customers, suppliers, and procurement analysts on inquires and issues resolution in a multi-country environment. In addition to these responsibilities, adherence to global policies and procedures is a must and working to improve process efficiencies will add to your success
*as an accounts payable analyst you will*:
- audit, administer or process customer invoices, customer payments, vendor invoices, expense reports, miscellaneous payment requests, and/or other accounting operations data entry.
- research, process and verify the accuracy of applicable accounting information.
- communicate with vendors, and internal business customers concerning invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- perform internal and external reporting as required.
- function as a team member within the service center and organization to ensure that global policies and payables specific guidelines are followed.
- perform complex clerical and entry-level accounting activities.
- perform other duties, as assigned.
*required qualifications*
- 2 year’s experience working in an erp environment such as sap, oracle or equivalent processing supplier invoices
- demonstrated proficiency in spoken and written english
- associate’s degree in business/accounting or equivalent
- equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
