* master the save: handle incoming cancellation requests by identifying the root cause of churn and applying advanced consultative closing techniques.
* proactive growth: reach out to "at-risk" clients before they leave, turning potential losses into long-term partnerships.
* consultative selling: use your knowledge of seo, sem, and social media to show clients exactly how our services impact their bottom line.
* revenue recovery: secure past-due balances and ensure our solutions are commercially sound for both the business and the client.
* drive strategy: document churn trends and suggest new business practices to help us improve our service and reduce cancellation risks.
who you are
* a proven closer: you have 1+ years of experience in call center sales or retention, with a track record of smashing quotas.
* digital marketing savvy: you understand the nuts and bolts of seo and sem. You can translate complex digital metrics into clear business outcomes for our clients.
* fluent in english: you are a confident, professional communicator (verbal and written).
* resilient: you’re comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can take control of high-pressure conversations.
* strategic thinker: you don’t just follow a script; you assess client challenges quickly and deliver practical, revenue-focused solutions.
