Position overview we are looking for a sap basis integrated systems lead to join our team and lead end-to-end basis and system administration tasks across global sap projects. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who can guide sap technical design, system performance, and architecture, while ensuring strong collaboration with infrastructure and functional teams. You will play a key leadership role in sap system design, installations, migrations, upgrades, and ongoing support, ensuring all activities align with performance, security, and compliance standards. Key responsibilities lead sysadmin and sap basis activities across sap implementation and transformation projects. Collaborate with it and project teams to design sap solutions, plan resources, and estimate costs. Design sap landscape and system architecture aligned with pirt/pgt standards. Oversee technical cutovers, go-live readiness, and hypercare support. Install, configure, and upgrade sap systems including s/4hana, ecc 6.0, bi, pi/po, portal, bobj, and solution manager. Support system performance testing and resolve performance-related issues. Troubleshoot technical issues and conduct root cause analysis. Ensure adherence to change and release management processes. Act as qa lead for technical builds and validate compliance with standards. Document system architecture, procedures, and project artifacts. Engage global teams on sap technical strategy and decisions. Deliver effective handovers and support the hypercare phase with zero p1/p2 incidents. Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Stay updated with sap and industry trends via training, conferences, and self-learning. Participate in annual performance processes including goal setting and evaluations. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Minimum 10 years of hands-on sap basis/system administration experience. 5 years collaborating with globally distributed teams. Sap basis/system administration across s/4 hana, ecc 6.0, bi, pi/po, portal, bobj, and solution manager. Expertise in hana, mobility/fiori, sap cloud-based solutions. Proficiency in oracle & hana dbs on unix/linux and windows os. Experience in system sizing, landscape and strategy design, installations, migrations, and upgrades. Backup/restore, ha & dr setups, system refreshes. Abap and java stack administration, middleware/integration experience. Sap solution manager tools (e.g., charm, rca, ewa). Infrastructure understanding: datacenter ops and networking. Familiarity with itil, ms office, and sap project implementation methodology. Knowledge of pirt governance processes. Strong planning and delivery ownership. Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset. Cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration experience.
