responsibilities
* lead end‑to‑end project delivery: oversee the full delivery lifecycle of approved local ai initiatives, from detailed scoping, requirements gathering, and resource mobilization through to build, test, and full‑scale deployment.
* build the business case: support process and organizational structure analyses to develop and refine comprehensive business cases for proposed initiatives, ensuring a clear link between local objectives and strategic goals.
* serve as a trusted advisor: build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the crucial liaison between the technical development team and local business stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately captured and expectations are expertly managed.
* champion adoption and enablement: create and implement local adoption strategies, partner with global teams to deploy learning strategies, and organize workshops to enhance digital literacy.
* build a local ai community: team with the network of ai evangelists within ktsa to encourage community‑based learning and share best practices.
qualifications
* ai use case identification the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to identify and qualify high‑value use cases for ai and automation. This involves understanding local business processes, spotting opportunities for efficiency gains, and framing problems in a way that can be solved with ai. (e.g., conducting “art of the possible” workshops, using process analysis to find automation candidates)
* ai project delivery knowledge of the end‑to‑end process for delivering local ai and automation projects. This includes managing project scope and timelines, facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams, and overseeing the successful execution of pilot programs and deployments. (e.g., managing a local ai project using an agile framework, leading a proof‑of‑concept for a new ai tool)
* ai adoption & enablement the ability to be a local champion for ai and drive user adoption of new solutions. This involves creating local communication plans, organizing hands‑on training sessions and workshops, gathering user feedback, and demonstrating the tangible benefits of the new technology. (e.g., running local training for a new copilot, establishing a “local champions” network)
* applied ai fundamentals a practical, high‑level understanding of various ai technologies and their appropriate applications. This includes knowing the difference between paradigms like rpa, machine learning, and generative ai in order to guide local solutioning efforts effectively. (e.g., differentiating between a task suitable for rpa vs. one requiring a predictive ml model)
* experience minimum of five years of recent experience in large‑scale change management, technology adoption, or digital transformation programs.
* leadership & influence proven ability to lead and mobilize a team; demonstrated ability to leverage ai tools in day‑to‑day work, with a proactive mindset for identifying opportunities to introduce ai into project execution.
* business acumen strong understanding of service delivery models and the evolving integration of digital and human labor.
* education bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
