 
        
        Screens potential volunteers via telephone using prepared questionnaires to determine preliminary eligibility for study participation. Schedules consent/screening appointments for volunteers who pass preliminary phone recruiting interview. Utilizing list from database, calls former participating volunteers to fully recruit studies. 
Essential Functions 
- Ensures calls are answered at the earliest opportunity with the highest degree of customer service and professionalism. 
- Conducts demographic and medical history phone interviews with volunteers using prepared questionnaires. 
- Accurately records and reviews demographic information and medical history for all volunteers, maintaining confidentiality. 
- Schedules volunteers for further screening and/or consent appointments if they meet criteria. 
- Performs administrative duties, i.e. copying, filing, completing spreadsheets.

- Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making

- Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.

- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision.
