* perform analyses before month end closing and sap freeze, in order to build accruals or to recognize any missing or wrong booking - generate actions in order to have a correct month end closing
* responsible for running sap month end closing processes related to fix costs and sap assessments cycles to different business areas
* month end closing reporting and variances analyses for the kpis in your area of responsibility
* calculate and report the rolling forecast for the next 3 months for the kpis in your area of responsibility
* responsible for the forecast bottom-up and budget processes for the kpis in your areas of responsibility, according to continental due dates. upload the budget figures in sap
* control of cost centers to guarantee the budget fulfillment and avoid deviations. Approval of shopping carts. Reporting and review of open pos.
* control of the costs related to allocations and transfers
* daily support for the central functions and for the operational areas for fix costs related topics
* participation in the annual inventory
qualifications
* bachelor's degree: finance, administration or similar
* 2 years experience in areas like controlling, finance or accounting
* advanced english
* sap co module
* excel advanced
* numerical reasoning
* ownership
* teamwork
* communication skills
* open to new way of working (e.g. dashboards, rpas, ai)
