Channel sales specialist
we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a channel sales specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy focused on the commercialization of mv/lv products and solutions in the assigned region.
main responsibilities:
* meet the assigned sales target by executing the regional sales strategy focused on the commercialization of mv/lv products and solutions in the assigned region, ensuring the alignment of values, policies and objectives between the company and the client.
* develop and execute the regional sales strategy focused on the marketing of mv/lv products and solutions in the assigned region for the different types of clients such as distributors, contractors, oems & integrator panel builder.
* effectively develop the traditional and consultative sales process and crm exploitation, including prospecting, identification and qualification of leads, contact and diagnosis of needs, quotation and presentation of the offer, handling of objections and closing of the sale, signing of the contract, follow-up and support for payments, after-sales and loyalty.
required skills and qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, energy, or related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in sales within the energy sector, with a focus on lv/mv power distribution products and systems, developing channel sales/distributors, contractors and oems mainly.
* solid experience in the management of the sales funnel/pipeline (prospecting, lead conversion, quotation and closing of sales).
* technical understanding of the lv/mv products and solutions required for an electric power distribution system.
* effective communication includes active listening, empathy, clarity and presentation skills, being able to explain concepts and solutions in a simple and understandable way.
