Account manager to lead day-to-day client relationships and ensure marketing initiatives are not just executed, but executed brilliantly. You’ll be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, working alongside our strategy and creative teams to ideate, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.this is a client-facing, remote role that requires high levels of ownership, creative thinking, and project leadership. Key responsibilitiesown the client relationship from onboarding through ongoing growth — acting as the main point of contact, advocate, and strategic voice.collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, media buying, creative, and design teams to bring campaigns to life across paid social, email, cro, and other digital channels.lead the creation of campaign strategies, including writing briefs, building timelines, and aligning internal resources.craft compelling marketing copy when needed (especially for ads and email), ensuring messaging aligns with client voice and goals.run client calls and internal meetings with confidence, maintaining momentum, surfacing insights, and proactively resolving blockers.monitor performance across key platforms, identify optimization/testing opportunities, and track kpis.manage multiple accounts and priorities without missing a beat, staying responsive, organized, and proactive. Required qualifications3+ years of experience in digital marketing or account management (agency experience strongly preferred).excellent verbal and written english communication skills.strong marketing intuition across paid and owned channels.experience managing multi-channel campaigns (paid social, email, cro, etc.).comfortable leading both client-facing and internal team calls.a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, startup environments.familiarity with tools like slack, notion, google drive, klaviyo, meta ads, and clickup.certifications in digital marketing platforms are a plus. Preferred qualificationsstrong project management skills with attention to detail.experience coordinating across strategy, creative, and media teams.additional certifications or specialized training in digital marketing platforms.
