we are looking for an account manager to serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients. This role requires strong english fluency, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
build strong relationships through proactive check-ins, qbrs, and solution-driven support
monitor client health and engagement using crm and analytics tools
identify upsell opportunities and partner with sales for renewals and expansions
act as the voice of the customer—sharing insights with product and support teams
fluent english (c1/c2)—strong written and verbal communication is essential.
~3+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting.
~familiarity with crms (preferably hubspot ) and data-driven reporting.
~ minimum 2 years of experience in account management or customer success
fluent english communication skills —both verbal and written (c1+ level)
tech-savvy with crm tools (e.g. Hubspot, salesforce) and project management platforms (e.g. Asana, clickup)
excellent problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
