as corporate counsel at ruhrpumpen, you will be part of a global legal team supporting legal secretary, contrast, brands, sanctions, and general legal matters.manager corporate secretary and due diligence.reconstruction and creation of corporate books.constitution of new companies.ordinary and extraordinary assemblies of all companies in the group.support legal process for mergers and divisions of companies.manage share certificates, purchase and sale of shares.create and/or review contracts (national and international) for trusts, family protocol, forms, shareholders' agreement, etc, donations.support purchase of intellectual property, commercial commission, license use, technology, and assets transfers, etc.registration of new brands.renew all trademarks and logos internationally.maintain updated inventory of brands.work in collaboration with external lawyer and public notaries around the worldmanage international lawsuits.investigate and review related partners and/or people (to whom you will sell) to any sanctions in the united states and/or europe.support with translation spanish english–spanishamong other activities.requirementsbachelor of law or equivalent is required.2+ years of experiencestrong communication skills in spanish and englishprocess oriented mindsetproactivethis position will report directly to ruhrpumpen's chief legal officer.at ruhrpumpen, we value every employee, recognizing that each person contributes to our success through their position.we are a growing team, join us and live ruhrpumpen!
