the ideal candidate will lead the development of global compensation and benefits strategies, including salary structures and benefit programs.key responsibilities:develop and implement global compensation and benefits strategies to support business objectives.oversee hr data analytics and reporting, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure compliance and optimize workforce metrics.lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing compensation and benefits policies aligned with business goals.serve as a subject matter expert on job grading, policy development, and best practices in compensation and benefits.qualifications & skills:bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, accounting, business, or related field.advanced expertise in global compensation and benefits frameworks and benchmarking.proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.experience with hris systems, preferably dynamics 365.fluent english language skills (c1/c2 level).
