* manage a team of delivery specialists in daily operations, including receiving, scanning, lifting, and moving shipments.
* ensure a safe work environment, properly trained personnel, and address their needs.
* lead change at internet speed, innovation being key to the organization's success.
* assist in monitoring sorting operations and driver dispatch.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
* 2+ years of direct management experience for employees and their performance.
* 3+ years of general experience.
* flexibility to work weekends and/or overnight shifts if needed.
* availability to work 50% of the time on a night shift.
* fluency in both spanish and english.
* experience working and managing logistics operations.
* familiarity with the area and willingness to relocate.
preferred qualifications:
* management experience in a delivery, manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
* management of a minimum of 30 employees (including payroll, performance management, and workflow assignment).
