requirements
* 3–7 years in b2b sales or account management in technology/cybersecurity
* experience managing enterprise accounts
* experience in:
o contract renewals and recurring agreements
o consultative sales
o full sales cycles
* background in companies such as:
o integrators (tec360, scitum, minsait, axtel, etc.)
o vendors or channels (appdome, cyberark, palo alto, etc.)
key responsibilities
* identify opportunities for strategic account management
o manage a portfolio of assigned clients (enterprise and mid‑market).
o build relationships with decision‑makers (ciso, cio, cto, it managers).
o understand client business and cybersecurity needs.
* account growth (upsell & cross‑sell)
o identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
o position additional solutions: iam, pam, cloud security, ot security, etc.
o develop and execute account plans.
* renewals & retention
o lead contract renewal processes.
o ensure high retention levels (target >85–90%).
o anticipate churn risks and design action plans.
* consultative sales
o design proposals aligned with client context.
o coordinate with technical teams (pre‑sales, delivery).
o lead presentations, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts.
* operational & post‑sales management
o oversee implementation follow‑up and client satisfaction.
o coordinate with internal areas (finance, operations, delivery).
o ensure timely billing and collections.
* pipeline management
o maintain visibility of opportunities within existing accounts.
o provide reliable forecasts for renewals and expansions.
* manage, develop, and maximize the value of strategic accounts by strengthening long‑term relationships, identifying growth opportunities through upsell and cross‑sell, and ensuring client retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing key mid‑market and enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth, leading contract and service renewals, and building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
