Role description
this is a full-time hybrid role based in torreón, coa, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The gerente divisional de cobranza will oversee the management and optimization of collections strategies and processes across the division. Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of collection agents, analyzing and improving collection metrics, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to align collection efforts with overall business objectives.

* knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial or collections industry
* proficiency in communication and negotiation to effectively handle customer interactions and resolve disputes
* problem-solving and process improvement skills to address operational challenges and enhance workflows
* flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with a willingness to travel to the torreón, coa office as needed
* bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered
* experience in the financial industry or a related field is a plus
