Job summary
the role of a network and cybersecurity project manager is to oversee projects related to telecom, network, and security. This involves planning, implementing, and managing projects in an agile environment.
main responsibilities:
* project planning: define project objectives, deadlines, risks, and budgets. Coordinate technical teams and monitor project progress until completion.
* agile methodology: lead the project team in utilizing kanban agile methodology to manage workload. Facilitate regular agile meetings and contribute to the agile process.
* change management: define change organization and planning with stakeholders for implementation or validation. Ensure compliance with change management processes and present changes in the change advisory board (cab) for successful production deployment.
* integration management: lead technical changes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
* collaboration: foster a collaborative environment within the team and with other teams.
* reporting: prepare and deliver regular reports on delivery performance and key metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
requirements:
* technical skills: experience with cisco viptela/meraki, fortinet, monitoring and supervision tools, ticketing systems (itsm), agile methodologies, aws.
* qualifications: bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field. Strong experience in managing telecom, network, and cybersecurity projects in an agile environment, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
