¿qué harás? Integrar las diferentes fuentes de información del negocio en bases de datos por medio del uso de programación de bases de datos, procesar y analizar datos que ayuden a la organización a tomar decisiones clave e informadas a favor de la estabilidad y mejoras continuas de la empresa.
Requisitos:

licenciatura concluida en actuaría, matemáticas, ciencia de datos o afines.
Experiencia mínima de 1 año en el puesto o funciones similares.
Conocer el sector asegurador preferentemente.
Analítico y con alto nivel de comunicación asertiva.
Análisis estadístico y descriptivo de datos (deseable).
Visualización de datos.

Con dominio indispensable n8n, sql, mysql, python intermedio, excel avanzado, power bi avanzado e idioma inglés a nivel de programación preferente.

Responsibilities:
the opportunity production master data role enable flus company growth through facilitating cross‑functional execution plans for new products or changes to existing products, as well as codes management of product attributes, pricing, production recipes, sales bill of materials, and plant to sales authorizations. This team is at the core of transitioning commercial planning proposals into supply chain systems to enable make, move and sell for the flus portfolio impacting 80+ interfacing systems.
Your impact

ensure flawless execution of commercial proposals into supply chain systems.
The production master data specialist will be accountable for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of master data records for the purpose of enabling plant production.
This role will ensure that data is entered into the system in a timely and accurate manner, and work with other members of the organization to identify areas where master data can be improved or optimized.
They must understand the intent of the business proposals. For instance, ensure that the information is relevant to the product indicated. They will focus on the areas of the business proposals related to manufacturing and distribution centers.
Evaluation of product data provided by upstream cross‑functional teams as it pertains to the business proposal and data collection sheet.
Follow identified business processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness support of the business.
Sound decision making and data integrity is of utmost importance to ensure frito‑lay can make and sell product every day. (approximately 200m data elements annually).

Qualifications:

minimum bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, business analytics or similar field required.
Fluent english written and verbal skills required.
1‑3 years working experience in commercialization and master data management preferred.
Working knowledge of sap.
Strong excel skills for data extracts and analysis from multiple systems required.
Basic working knowledge of marketing, product supply, manufacturing, field sales, purchasing and accounting preferred.

the opportunity
the role is primarily to act as an internal consultant, driving continuous improvement and efficiency across the entire financial planning function landscape. This role ensures that financial processes are standardized, streamlined, and leverage the latest technology to deliver accurate, timely and actionable financial insights across various markets and business units.

Process optimization and re‑engineering

identify inefficiencies: map out current, end‑to‑end financial processes (e.g., annual operating plan (aop), quarterly forecasting, month‑end close, performance reporting) to identify bottlenecks, non‑value‑added steps, and opportunities for simplification.
Standardization: drive the standardization of financial processes, reports, and ways of working (wow) across different countries, regions, or business units to ensure consistency and facilitate global comparisons.


Digitalization and automation

technology enablement: select, test and implement financial systems and tools (financial planning models in excel, power bi dashboards, python, power apps, power automate, power query, macros etc).
Hyper‑automation: identify tasks ripe for automation, particularly in repetitive areas like data collection, report generation, and reconciliations, leveraging technologies like robotic process automation (rpa) and gen ai.
Data integrity: maintain and monitor data linkages, master data mappings, and system logic to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data flowing between various systems.


Analytics and insight generation

process analytics: leverage on advanced tools like process mining (e.g., celonis) to analyze event logs from financial systems, providing data‑driven insights into process performance and variation.
Performance metrics: establish and monitor key performance indicators (kpis) for financial processes (e.g., cycle time, accuracy rate, cost per transaction) to measure the success of excellence initiatives.
Stakeholder storytelling: present data‑driven findings and proposed solutions to senior leadership and cross‑functional partners using compelling visual representations and clear business cases.

education

industrial engineering, finance or accounting, economics, business administration.

Experience

business process improvement/re‑engineering, management consulting (finance transformation projects), finance, global business services (gbs) or shared services environment is a strong plus.

Technical & systems skills

process methodology: lean (value stream mapping, kaizen) and six sigma (dmaic) methodologies.
Financial systems: advanced knowledge and hands‑on experience with major erp and financial planning systems (e.g., sap fi/co, hyperion financial management (hfm), sap business planning and consolidation (bpc), or tm1/cognos).
Data analytics: proficiency in sql, advanced microsoft excel (including power query/vba), and strong experience with data visualization/bi tools (e.g., power bi or tableau).
Automation: exposure to or direct experience with robotic process automation (rpa) tools (e.g., uipath, automation anywhere) and power automation, power apps, python.
