Materials and logistics manager (gómez palacio)

due to new program launches, we are seeking a materials manager

• customer service – communicates directly with the customer in case of escalations of its equipment, analyzing demands received weekly and correctly loaded into the erp (enterprise resource planning) system.
• raw material sourcing – ensures that the sourcing team has in demand from suppliers the quantities needed to meet production schedules without exceeding inventory targets.
• production planning – ensures on‑time execution of schedulers, delivering the production plan on time and on budget.
• logistics/warehouse – manages efficient execution of warehouse and transportation management. Ensures that the team executes within established time frames and maintains a high level of quality in material movement transactions, reflected in high inventory accuracy and on‑budget transportation costs.

• bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management
• bilingual english/spanish
• erp/mrp systems proficient
• skilled in certifications and applications specific to the automotive industry (mmog, covisint, iatf 16949, iso 14000, ctpat, etc.)
