it is absolutely essential to be 100% bilingual (english/spanish). You will be required to speak english 100% of the day with our mx &us teams, auditors, cpas, and banking contacts.
risk control and audit: identify and minimize risks by processing monthly reviews of bank, credit card, and intercompany accounts. You will also audit account books for efficiency and accuracy.
full accounting cycle ownership: total responsibility for the general ledger, the month-end closing process, asset management, and supervising yearly inventories .
cross-functional support: act as a backup in the controlling area and provide total support to the accounts payable team.

experience: 5 years of proven accounting experience.
bachelor's degree in accounting.
technology: expert proficiency in sap, excel, and google workspace .
travel requirement: must hold a current visa and passport with availability to travel to the usa at least 3 times a year .
