the opportunity
this role will lead the development of high-impact brand content assets that reflect the full spectrum of pepsico food north america brand identities and adhere to strategic content guidelines. Partnering cross-functionally with creatives, designers, and project managers, this role will ensure content excellence through consistent messaging, elevated brand standards, and timely, business-driven delivery. Acting as a key liaison between brand, shopper marketing, and the in-house creative team, this leader will translate complex business objectives into compelling creative outputs that drive engagement and measurable results.
the ideal candidate brings exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, influence multiple business units, and lead multiple high-performing teams across disciplines. This role is directly accountable for business performance—owning a&m productivity reporting, identifying and delivering efficiency opportunities, and unlocking savings across creative execution. Additionally, the role will champion innovation by integrating new technologies, optimizing workflows, and expanding the creative service catalogue across the pfus portfolio.
your impact
as sr brand account manager your scope would consist of:
* translate the brand teams and shopper marketing teams brief to the creative / design team.
* lead an in-house creative / design team to deliver multiple creative versioning of assets for pepsico foods north america team.
* build trust and confidence with the brand and shopper marketing teams to drive efficiencies by bringing new projects to the content in-house team.
* previous experience on agencies but also on a brand management position – understand about our business to communicate clearly the objectives to the team.
* create visual content customized by social platform following brilliant basics and ensure content meets brand objectives at the right channel and right target.
* communicate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure acceptance of project reviews
* manage senior stake holders effectively.
* people management skills – great leaders build great teams
* demonstrates conflict resolution and problem solving skills
* works with team to anticipate and address project concerns
* works enthusiastically and cooperatively within creative team and with other departments throughout the organization
qualifications:
who are we looking for?
* bachelor's degree
* 8+ years with background as brand manager, marketing, content marketing, communications lead for a cpg company or worldwide agency.
* demonstrated understanding of relationships between agencies, brands, platforms, and media agencies.
* experience working with designers and agencies.
* solid project management, process, and organizational skills with a heightened attention to detail.
* previous experience managing direct reports.
* language proficiency in english
* strong track record of demonstrating ability to oversee a range of brands and projects with detail-oriented lens.
* strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity. Demonstrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything while leading creative / design teams and managing agency product.
* highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.
* presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making.
* knowledge of powerpoint, excel, teams, sharepoint and project management tools,, slack and others)
