About uslogos faith development is a los angeles based real estate developer partnering with churches and faith-based organizations to transform underutilized land into affordable housing across southern california.position overviewwe're looking for a talented, design-forward, and strategic social media manager / marketing associate to support our growing marketing team and brand presence across digital platforms.this role is ideal for someone who enjoys both executing day-to-day content and shaping the bigger-picture strategy around brand voice and audience growth.you'll play a key role in creating content, managing social media, telling our story, elevating our brand voice, and engaging our audience across multiple digital platforms.key responsibilitiescontent creation & strategyassist in building marketing presentations and slide decks in indesignown and execute social media content strategy aligned with brand goals – curating posts, identifying trends, and creating content that is extremely engaging.write engaging, on-brand copy for posts, campaigns, and marketing materialsdevelop and brief creative assets (video, graphics, photography)collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and communicationsplatform managementmanage and schedule content across instagram, linkedin, tiktok, facebook, youtube, and our website.maintain a consistent posting cadence and cohesive brand presencecommunity managementactively engage with followers by responding to comments and messagesmonitor brand reputation and foster positive community interactionanalytics & reportingtrack kpis (engagement, reach, conversions) and generate performance reportsanalyze campaign performance and provide actionable insightsuse data to continuously refine and optimize content strategytrend awarenessstay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trendsidentify opportunities to keep content fresh and relevantqualificationsrequired skills & experienceexpertise in adobe indesign (required) – ability to create polished and professional decks, marketing materials, and branded layoutsexperience with website design and maintenance via squarespacestrong visual judgement and design sensibility; you make things beautiful, not just on-brandbackground in analytics and data reporting – ability to interpret performance data and translate it into strategybackground with graphic design, photoshop, and visual content creationstrong copywriting and storytelling abilityexperience managing or contributing to social media accountsability to multitask and manage multiple projectspreferred (not required)background or understanding of sales/marketing funnelsexperience using ai tools (e.g., midjourney) for creative productionexperience with photography and/or videographytools & platformsdesign: adobe indesign (required), photoshopanalytics: google analytics, hubspot analyticsscheduling: hootsuite, buffer (or similar)what we're looking fortalented content creator with strong aesthetic standards and a sharp eye for designa track record of content performance, including measurable growth in engagement, reach, or audiencetakes direction exceptionally well and executes with ownership, turning a clear vision into elevated resultsself-starter who takes initiative and ownershippassion for storytelling, engagement, and digital communicationthrives working closely with hands-on leadership: you can take someone else's vision and make it real and make it betterstrong analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisionsadaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environmentstrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teamsexcitement about meaningful, community-focused workwhy join us?Mission-driven work with real community impactopportunity to shape and grow a brand voicecollaborative, purpose-oriented team environmentexposure to real estate development, community impact, and faith-based partnershipsclear path to leading the marketing function for the right person as the company scaleshow to applyplease submit your resume to along with a portfolio showing your indesign work (decks, marketing materials), as well as links to social content and accounts you've created or managed – including one or two examples of your highest-performing content and a brief note on what drove the results.this is an exciting role that has real room to grow as the company scales.we look forward to seeing your work!#j-*-ljbffr
