Key responsabilities: lead the negotiation and execution of comprehensive annual commercial plans with assigned national key accounts, ensuring strategic alignment with the company's commercial policy. Assume full p&l responsibility for the assigned portfolio, focusing on maximizing account profitability and strategically managing trade spending, promotions, and commercial tariffs. Design, implement, and track promotional calendars and trade marketing activities across national accounts to optimize sales volume, market share, and efficiency. Actively identify and prospect potential new partners at a national level. Proactively conduct continuous market surveillance, focusing on competitor activities, category trends, and shifts in customer strategy, to inform and adapt our negotiation approach and commercial plans. Minimum requirements: bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering or related fields. 3-5 years of experience in fmcg, including 1-2 years as kam. Knowledge in commercial planning and budgeting. Capability in calculating and negotiating margins, costing, and commercial tariffs to ensure profitability. Familiarity with the supply chain, production cycles, and logistic. Proven ability to analyze market assortment. Proficiency in english (c1 or higher). Soft skills: communication skills, analytic skills, active listening ability, ability to work under pressure, results oriented, capacity of innovation, problem solving ability if you are a dynamic person, eager to work in an industrial company and keen to join a challenging project in a multinational environment where you can develop yourself personally and professionally, apply to this offer!
