Mfg & process dvl engineer ii
the role involves providing guidance and leadership on manufacturing processes to support organizational goals. It requires a bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering and 3-5 years of experience in process engineering.
* main responsibilities:
* support manufacturing goals through effective leadership and guidance on manufacturing processes.
* conduct research on products and manufacturing processes to share with senior engineers.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
* develop and implement quality tools such as fmea, spc, doe, lean, and six sigma.
* required expertise:
* familiarity with quality tools (fmea, spc, doe, lean, six sigma).
* proficiency in cad software and erp/mes systems.
* intermediate to advanced technical english proficiency.
* experience working with radio frequency (rf) systems or signal integrity (si).
* familiarity with high-speed cables (hsc) or high-performance cables (hpc), including technologies such as dac, acc, aec, icc, pcie, and twinaxial (twinax) cable systems.
