E&p brokerage, a leading insurance fmo, is seeking a dedicated and highly organized bilingual administrative assitant proficient in spanish and english to join our team remotely. This position requires excellent communication skills, familiarity with office software (office suite, google workspace), and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
*responsibilities*:
answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
take detailed messages and efficiently relay information to appropriate personnel
assist in administrative duties such as managing calendars, and organizing documents
use office suite and google workspace proficiently for various tasks and documentation
support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
*requirements*:
proficiency in both spanish and english (written and spoken)
prior experience in a secretarial or administrative role
strong organizational and multitasking skills
proficiency in using office suite and google workspace
ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
