responsibilities:
1. monitoring and maintenance in daily basis customer portals updated
2. keep continuosly customer communication
3. provide shipping plan
4. creation and monitoring spot sales orders
5. responsible for asn activity, send, track and acceptance of them
6. responsible for samples shipments operation
7. responsible to maintain customer and supplier otd according kpis objectives
8. responsible to request production schedule adjustment in order to achieve customer requirements fluctuations
9. responsible to keep updated in daily basis the "criticos" report
10. keep finish goods inventory level according company objectives
11. maintain customer contact list updated
12. managing of finish goods cycle counts with accuracy of 99.9%
13. manage customer packaging
14. responsible to supply raw materials tracking and checking the mrp runs evaluating right data
15. ensure suppliers assigned to his / her account do shipments on time according release
16. responsible of send release to suppliers in weekly basis needed to complete the production plan using sap
17. daily tracking visual reorder (vro) to detect deviations and give proposals to fix them focus on customer protection
18. for local suppliers ensure suppler issue delivery notes or remissions with proper consecutive numbers or identificacion id
19. address and analyze premium freight situation before authorize using rfe format
20. update supplier list
21. responsible to track the cycle counts schedule assigned to ensure and accuracy of at least 99%
22. responsible for impo expo and logistics for raw material and finished goods
23. get form supplier all paperwork related for customs clearance
24. be main contact with brokers and forwarders to ensure all merchandise arrive on time at low cost possible
25. maintain update all records necessary for international trade guide lines compliance
26. billing documents validation regarding raw material transportation and broker services
27. has the authority to stop shipments in case of quality, safety or logistical issues.
qualifications:
28. degree in administration, international trade, logistics, industrial or engineering career.
29. desirable 3 years managing accounts of oems (ford, chrysler, gm) as customer service.
30. customer knowledge (expectations, specifications, platforms, processes, etc).
31. customer and supplier problem management (delays, complaints, etc).
32. customer platforms: gm, ford, stellantis, nissan, vw, tier1, sap mm, sales, pp, asn, import-export ctpat, edi 830,862,857, inventory management, logistic principles (customer cancellations, material planning, production planning, bom, erp, warehousing),
