Join our threat detection & response (tdr) team as a *quality assurance auditor*, where you will conduct manual audits to maintain high standards and align processes with our quality framework.
You will play a vital role in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the completeness and compliance of security operations.
*responsibilities*
- perform comprehensive manual audits of tdr processes focusing on accuracy, compliance, completeness, responsiveness, and legal requirements
- evaluate resolution and final issue classification, hyperlink accuracy, escalation and incident reporting accuracy, and timeline entry accuracy
- conduct audits across various quality programs emphasizing reporting and compliance
- identify and document discrepancies, errors, and areas requiring improvement
- contribute to the weekly qa findings report
- support efforts to expand the team's capability for manual audits to align with the broader qa framework
- collaborate with tdr teams to provide feedback and facilitate corrective actions based on audit findings
*requirements*:
- 2+ years of experience or background in quality assurance or security operations
- strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- experience with manual auditing processes
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- familiarity with security operations centers and threat detection concepts
- understanding of quality assurance frameworks
- english proficiency at b2 level or higher

- experience in security operations or related field
- knowledge of quality assurance metrics and key performance indicators
- experience conducting operational audits
- familiarity with customer and internal reporting processes
