incident management specialist
key responsibilities
* create clear, client-facing communications for technology outages and escalated issues
* collaborate with internal teams to assess impact and support resolution efforts
* maintain dashboards, trackers, and event documentation
* participate in incident calls and communicate client impact effectively
* support continuous process improvement initiatives
* facilitate and/or participate in meetings related to client event management
analytics & reporting
* manage and maintain client incident reporting
* gather and analyze data from servicenow
* use excel, powerpoint, and onenote to create reports and presentations
* identify recurring outage trends and recommend improvements
* develop playbooks to enhance processes and response strategies
required experience
* minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar o related role
* bachelor's degree in technology, business, communications, or related field (preferred)
* strong interpersonal and communication skills
* self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* flexibility to support a 24/7 operational environment as needed
work environment
* full-time, onsite role based in guadalajara
* may require flexibility in schedule due to incident support
