The salesforce consultant is a strategic partner to both clients and internal teams, leading the discovery, design, and delivery of high-impact salesforce solutions. This role bridges business needs and technical execution by driving the requirements process, optimizing workflows, and ensuring solution alignment with business goals. Senior bas lead client engagements, mentor junior analysts, and actively contribute to pre-sales and continuous improvement efforts across the organization. Responsibilities: strategic requirements leadership lead discovery sessions with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define business challenges and goals. Translate complex business needs into clear, prioritized, and actionable requirements and solution roadmaps. Drive alignment between business objectives and technical feasibility, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities. Support pre-sales efforts by defining scopes, identifying high-value solutions, and collaborating on proposals and demos.business process optimization analyze and re-engineer client business processes to maximize efficiency, scalability, and roi. Facilitate business transformation through automation, system integration, and data-driven recommendations. Lead process mapping efforts (bpmn, uml), identifying redundancies and inefficiencies across departments.solution design & governance serve as the primary architect of business requirements and functional design documents. Review and validate proposed salesforce architectures to ensure alignment with business goals and platform best practices. Recommend tools, licenses, and configuration strategies that balance impact, cost, and long-term scalability. Champion data governance, security, and compliance requirements during solution design.stakeholder management & communication build trusted advisor relationships with key business and technical stakeholders. Lead communication strategies to manage scope, change requests, and expectation-setting with clarity and confidence. Facilitate executive-level presentations, decision-making meetings, and solution walk-throughs.testing, enablement & change management oversee and support the testing lifecycle, including uat planning, test script development, issue triaging, and resolution tracking. Lead the development and delivery of tailored training sessions, documentation, and onboarding materials for client teams. Support change adoption strategies, ensuring that users are engaged, informed, and confident in new systems.team leadership & continuous improvement mentor and support junior business analysts, sharing tools, templates, and best practices. Contribute to internal process improvements, playbooks, and standards to improve delivery consistency. Promote a data-informed culture by guiding clients in reporting strategies and kpi alignment.requirements: experience ~5+ years of experience as a salesforce consultant, with significant time working on salesforce or crm transformation projects. ~ proven success in leading large-scale discovery, design, and implementation efforts across multiple industries. ~ experience in pre-sales strategy, including proposal development, scoping, and solution demos.skills advanced ability to facilitate stakeholder alignment across competing priorities and ambiguous requirements. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and executive audiences. Strong skills in process modeling, user story writing, and cross-functional collaboration. Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity.knowledge deep understanding of salesforce products (sales cloud, service cloud, experience cloud, etc.), capabilities, and limitations. Familiarity with agile, scrum, or hybrid project methodologies. Expertise in business intelligence/reporting tools (e.g., salesforce reports & dashboards, tableau, power bi) and data analysis. Salesforce certifications such as administrator, business analyst, or consultant certifications are preferred.
