- 3+ years of experience in digital ad sales with a proven track record of success in selling to brands and agencies. Understanding the programmatic ecosystem- excellent media and communication skills- consultative and diagnosis-driven selling approach- advanced english is a must- strong relationship-building skills within brands and agencies- enthusiasm about the fundamentals of sales, adept at measuring effectiveness and comfortable engaging with potential clients- ability to thrive in a startup team environment, embracing change and autonomy- excellent presentation skills with confidence in executive-level interactions
