We are seeking a motion graphics designer and video editor to join our in-house creative team. This role will be responsible for creating compelling motion graphics, animation, and high-quality video edits that bring brand stories to life across multiple platforms.

They should be comfortable collaborating with producers, art directors, photographers, and designers to deliver polished video assets across a range of formats and channels. motion graphics and animation
* create and integrate motion graphics, animation, and visual effects to elevate storytelling across video content
* design and animate motion graphics packages including: title sequences, lower thirds, product feature callouts, animated diagrams or infographics, logo animations.
* translate creative briefs and strategic objectives into effective motion design solutions
* translate brand guidelines into compelling animated visuals
* develop motion systems and templates that support scalable video production
* edit brand films, product videos, interviews, and social content from concept through final delivery
* assemble rough cuts, fine cuts, and final edits using professional storytelling and pacing techniques
* create platform-optimized short-form content (social, paid media, internal channels) from longer-form footage
* color grade footage to maintain brand consistency and visual quality
* manage media organization, versioning, and archival best practices
* maintain organized project structures and contribute to efficient post-production workflows
* incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate efficiently across projects
minimum qualifications
* bachelor of arts in related fields
* minimum 3 years of experience in professional video editing and motion graphics
* advanced level of english
* advanced proficiency in adobe premiere pro, after effects, and media encoder
* working knowledge of davinci resolve for color workflows
* experience with color correction, sound mixing, and finishing workflows
* ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
* strong visual design sensibility and typography skills
desired skills and experience
* experience working with brand or in-house creative teams
* knowledge of cinematography and production workflows
* experience creating motion design systems or templates
* understanding of video optimization for social platforms
* working knowledge of figma is a plus
* experience collaborating with photography or 3d visualization teams is a plus
