You thrive in maintaining compliance, building strong training programs, and ensuring best-in-class hygiene practices in hospitality operations.about the job, key responsibilities include:overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the food safety management system (fsms) and haccp plan.ensuring continuous compliance with iso 22000 certification standards.conducting inspections of kitchens, restaurants, and back-of-house areas to monitor hygiene and sanitation.coordinating with the executive chef on investigations of possible foodborne illness cases.tracking and recording supplier hygiene certifications in collaboration with procurement.designing and delivering hygiene and food safety trainings in coordination with learning & development.supporting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.skills:monitoring industry best practices to maintain benchmark standards.diploma/certificate in food safety, hygiene, or related field.knowledge and certification in haccp and iso 22000.minimum 2 years’ experience in food hygiene and sanitation within the hospitality industry.familiarity with local and federal food safety regulations.experience with fsms implementation and audits.excellent communication and training delivery skills.strong organizational and documentation abilities.ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.commitment to guest and colleague wellbeing, with a customer-first approach.
