key responsibilities:
* lead and manage cross-functional manufacturing projects
* coordinate the installation, integration, and optimization of manufacturing equipment
* interpret and review engineering drawings
* liaise with vendors and automation suppliers
* oversee quality systems implementation
* manage change control processes and validation systems
* report project status and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management
required skills and qualifications
to be considered for this role, you must have:
* a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic, mechatronic, or process engineering
* 3/4 years of proven experience in project management in manufacturing environments, specifically in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industries
* in-depth experience with manufacturing equipment (pumps, pipelines, tanks, mixers)
* strong technical foundation in engineering design; proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
* solid understanding of industrial quality systems and practical knowledge of gmps
* intermediate to advanced english proficiency
