responsibilities
* utilize basic knowledge of sap, power bi, and excel for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
* provide valuable insights to support strategic decision‐making.
* collaborate with cross‐functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
* promote operational excellence initiatives within the organization.
* maintain constant interaction with various areas of the company through preparation and delivery of reports related to bank movements made by collections.
* analyze and continuously monitor operating expense accounts to detect deviations from the budget and implement corrective action plans.
* hold meetings with cost center owners to identify opportunities for improvement and promote operational excellence.
* maintain a close and coordinated relationship between management and support areas for better and timely customer service.
* participate in the development of the annual operating expense plan for future years, ensuring accurate and efficient financial planning.
* coordinate opex planning by overseeing the planning process for operational expenses within the annual plans, ensuring monthly results are monitored and aligned with the budget.
* generate regular reports that facilitate analysis and implementation of action plans, ensuring efficient resource management at both local and regional levels.
* provide financing recommendations for granting financing plans to different types of customers based on analysis.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
* business english language proficiency.
* basic knowledge of sap, power bi, and excel.
* strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* detail‐oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results.
desirable skills
* knowledge of sql and python.
* advanced excel skills, including macros and pivot tables.
* familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.
