the role we're looking for a key account manager who understands the complexity of the cpg industry — high invoice volumes, tight margins, retailer pressure, and constant disputes.
this is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will own strategic relationships and drive growth within key accounts.
what you'll be responsible for
own and grow a portfolio of enterprise cpg accounts
build trusted relationships with:
cfos
finance directors
ar / order-to-cash leaders
identify expansion opportunities across business units, geographies, and use cases
lead business reviews focused on cash flow impact and operational performance
ensure strong product adoption and value realization
act as the bridge between client needs and internal teams
what you'll be working with arms enables cpg companies to:
standardize their order-to-cash processes
gain full visibility into invoices, disputes, and payments
predict cash flow with greater accuracy
reduce delays caused by exceptions and inefficiencies
what we're looking for
~2–5 years of experience in:
~ key account management, or
~ enterprise sales / account growth
~ strong experience in the cpg industry ( must-have )
~ experience working with finance teams (ar, billing, otc is a strong plus)
~ ability to manage complex stakeholders and long sales/account cycles
~ commercial mindset with a focus on growth and expansion
~ fluent in spanish and english

understanding of retailer dynamics and payment behavior
ability to discuss dso, disputes, cash flow, and operational kpis
strong business acumen and communication skills (bonus if you have a industrial engineering, business administration degree. Or related)
